Here we are - at the end of another month. Transition surrounds us.

Especially when life doesn’t go the way we want or plan, how might we delight in the inevitable changes?

Here in New England, there are now more leaves on the ground than there are on the trees. This doesn’t have to be depressing; nature reminds us that every end is also a beginning.

• What do you want less of? What is coming to a close for you? What are you letting go of?
• What do you want more of? What is opening up for you? What are you calling into your life?

While we cannot control external circumstances and events, we can choose our response and our focus in most cases.

As the weather shifts and holiday plans begin to take shape, what are you focusing on?
